Founded in 2024, Bristol Seafood Week is dedicated to highlighting Britain’s incredible, sustainable seafood while celebrating the city’s thriving food scene.

participate in the festival. Throughout the week we will encourage those who want to be involved to participate in any way that seems fit, our suggestions are;

  • Adding a special dish that celebrates sustainable seafood to

  • A special menu that will be available for the week at your

  • restaurant

  • An event, class, or talk

  • Be a vendor at our market at Wapping Wharf

  • or any other kind of celebration of British Seafood
